What is the cost to use OD Match?
OD Match does not charge a fee to search, bid, and confirm opportunities. Relief doctors and hiring doctors may enroll without concern of financial obligation.

What parts of the country are covered?
OD Match was developed to accommodate everywhere that has a zip code. It does not work internationally, only in the United States and its territories.

How does a relief doctor benefit?
As a relief doctor, you will find a scheduler that will keep track of all your committed work days as well as earnings for the month. It is much like a day planner. ​You will be able to get directions using google maps, hours of operation, pictures of the facility, and staff duties. You can also opt in to being paid by direct deposit.

How does a hiring doctor benefit?
As a hiring doctor, you will be able to post all your doctor needed days in a organized calendar format. You will be able to see which days have been confirmed and which additional days need relief. You will be able to see the total monthly cost of your relief needs. You will also be able to review the CV and credentials of your potential hire. You can pay your doctors with direct deposit.
Why is there a bidding process?
The concept to ​match doctors using a posting and bidding process allows the relief doctor to apply for multiple opportunities simultaneously. Once a bid is accepted by a hiring doctor, all other bids made by the relief doctor are automatically cancelled. The hiring doctor benefits by having multiple candidates that they can pick from.

OD Match will function in all currently available web browsers as well as mobile browsers.
Is my data secure?
​The OD Match portal is secured with 128 bit encryption and you must be registered to enter site. All data is stored in Microsoft Azure cloud and protected from hacking with the highest security protocols available today.
