What if I already use another EMR?
We have successfully converted most of the primary Optometric EMR's in the market. Your patient database will be seamlessly transferred to Vision-Net EMR.

Which internet browser is compatible?
The current version of Vision-Net requires some specific components available only on Microsoft Internet Explorer version 9.0 or newer. Vision-Net is not currently compatible with safari, chrome, firefox, or microsoft edge. Vision-Net does not currently work with mobile phone internet browsers. Future updates to Vision-Net will eventually allow access through all browsers.
What is the minimum requirement of my server?

How do I get Vision-Net EMR?
Vision-Net EMR is available at no cost. It is as simple as sending an email through our contact page. Our IT team will contact you with arrangements to set up Vision-Net on your choice of platforms.
What if I don't own a server?
Vision-Net can be deployed without a server in the cloud. We can also set up a new server that is plug and go, directly shipped to your office for a nominal cost.

What is the cost of maintenance?
There are two options to maintain your instance of Vision-Net on your server. Option one is an annual maintenance fee of $1000 per year. Option two is a pay as you go technical support fee of $100 per hour.

What is the cost of Vision-net EMR in the cloud?
Currently, the cooperative cost to maintain cloud service to our existing Vision-Net doctors is $149.00 per month. As the number of doctors and instances of Vision-Net increase, the cost to serve per doctor will decrease due to efficiency of scale.
