What is cooperative development?  The easiest way to explain this is to visualize the process as brainstorming as a group.  Each doctor has a unique perspective on what works best for each practice.  Some ideas are very common among many doctors, other ideas are more unique to some.  By pooling the Optometric brain trust, our goal is to make changes that ultimately help all doctors in the long run.  However, this requires support, commitment, and participation from as many doctors as possible.  By getting feedback from our user doctors, we can make changes that will make Vision-Net EMR the best in the world.
